Eligibility

To sign up for an Acquisition Bridge Loan, you must be of legal age, and be the holder of an account with BNP Paribas.(1)

Amount

You can borrow upwards of €22,867. There is no maximum limit.

Term

You can borrow for a period of 2 to 30 years.

Interest rate

The Acquisition Bridge Loan is available at a fixed rate or capped adjustable rate.

BNP Paribas offers you the Acquisition Bridge Loan: a single combined loan with only one monthly payment that covers the cost of taking over your previous loan while also financing your new property.
  • What are the terms of repayment?
  • Programmed repayment linked to the earnings from resale of the current property is planned from the start to be a maximum amount of 80% of the net value of the property to be sold. It must occur 12 or 24 months at the latest after the start of the loan (first availability of the funds): 12 months if you are buying a previously owned property, or 24 months if you are buying it new.
