PAPERLESS SIGN-UPS WITH YOUR ADVISOR

HOW DOES IT WORK?

"Paperless sign-ups with your advisor" is flexible and adaptable to your needs.

  1. Make an appointment at your branch or contact your advisor by phone or email(1)
  2. Select the product or service you would like to sign up for with your advisor. Your advisor will then prepare your contract.
  3. Sign your contract electronically at your branch, or remotely if you are already a BNP Paribas customer.

Your advisor is available to assist you, even remotely.

HOW DO I ELECTRONICALLY SIGN MY CONTRACT REMOTELY?

  1. Log in to your secure Customer Area on mabanque.bnpparibas using your username and PIN code.
  2. Go to your My Statements and Contracts area(2). Once in your Customer Area, click on "Contracts pending signature".
  3. Prenez connaissance de votre contrat,
  4. Check the consent boxes on the screen, authenticate your identity and then click "Sign."

WHAT IF I'M SIGNING UP FOR A CONTRACT WITH MY SPOUSE?

You can complete a paperless sign-up for a contract with your spouse just as if you were signing up alone (see the "How does it work?" section).

Each contracting party must:

  • Have a valid French mobile phone and phone number when executing your contract at your branch or remotely.
  • Have log-in information for their secure Customer Area on the mabanque website, if the contract is signed remotely(1).
  • Have a valid email address.

Each contracting party can decide to sign with their advisor at their branch or in their secure Customer Area on mabanque.bnpparibas(1)(2).

The contract will be definitively finalized when all of the contracting parties have signed it electronically. It will be considered finalized on the latest finalization date.

(1) "Paperless sign-ups with your advisor" remotely is open to all individuals who are already BNP Paribas customers (excluding minors and protected adults).

(2) The cost of connection will depend on your telephone service provider.
