PAPERLESS SIGN-UPS WITH YOUR ADVISOR

CAN I STILL SIGN UP FOR MY CONTRACTS LIKE I DID BEFORE?

You can still choose to sign up for your contract on paper with a handwritten signature.

Contracts that are signed electronically can be accessed in your secure Customer Area and via the "My Accounts" app on your mobile phone and tablet. You can easily find them to view, download and print at any time, if you wish.

This will also allow you to save time and space with a quick and easy search for your documents online.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ELECTRONICALLY SIGN MY CONTRACT?

In all cases, when you complete a paperless sign-up with your advisor either at your branch or remotely, you will have 14 business days to electronically sign your contract.

 

WHEN WILL MY CONTRACT ENTER INTO FORCE?

Your contract will be finalized immediately after you sign it electronically, as is also the case today with a handwritten signature on paper.

When you jointly sign up for a product or service, each contracting party must finalize the contract, either at their advisor's workplace or In their secure area on mabanque.bnpparibas. The contract will be definitively finalized when all of the contracting parties have signed it. It will be considered finalized on the latest finalization date.

 

AFTER I SIGN MY CONTRACT, WHEN WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE?

Your contract will become available within 24 hours after you have finalized it in your secure Customer Area on mabanque.bnpparibas under the My Statements and Contracts section and via the "My Accounts" app on your mobile phone and tablet.

 

DOES IT HAVE A DIFFERENT VALUE COMPARED TO A PAPER CONTRACT?

Contracts that are signed electronically are legally recognized in French law and are being used more and more frequently.

 

WHERE AND FOR HOW LONG ARE MY SIGNED CONTRACTS KEPT?

Your electronically signed contracts can be found in your secure area on "mabanque.bnpparibas". They can be accessed securely by entering your username and PIN code, which are known only to you.

Your contracts will be stored under "My BNP Paribas Documents" in your personal area ("Signed Contracts" section) for an unlimited period of time.

You can also access them via your "My Accounts" app on your mobile phone and tablet, under the section My Documents/My Contracts.

Contracts are stored in the bank's electronic storage system, which will ensure they are secure and can be found easily.

 

CAN I RECEIVE A PAPER VERSION OF MY CONTRACT?

If you would like a paper version of the contract you have signed electronically, you can print it from your secure Customer Area on mabanque.bnpparibas or via the "My Accounts" app.

Your advisor can also print it for you at your branch.
