DISCOVER THE IN-BRANCH ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

1WHAT IS IT?

BNP PARIBAS allows you from now on to electronically sign contracts prepared by your advisor both at your branch and remotely.(1)

This means that there's no more paper to issue or to sign in handwriting:

  • You can execute your contract electronically by using the electronic signature
  • Your signed contract will thus be made available to you and saved in your secure Customer Area on the mabanque.bnpparibas website(2), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can then view it at any time.

2WHY?

"Paperless sign-ups with your advisor" at your branch is open to all people, whether or not they are already BNP Paribas customers (excluding minors and protected adults).

3WHAT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES CAN I SIGN UP FOR?

"Paperless sign-ups with your advisor" can be used to sign up for and modify:

  • Esprit Libre policies: Initiative, Référence and Infinite
  • Debit cards: Visa Electron, Visa Classic, Visa Premier and Visa Infinite, Automatic Card, Plus Card, Cirrus, Livret A Card, BNP Net Card, Business Card, Business Gold Card

BNP Paribas would like eventually to roll out "paperless sign-ups with your advisor" for other products and services.

4WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR EXECUTING YOUR CONTRACT WITH AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE?

In order to sign your contract electronically, you must:

  • Go to a branch or contact your advisor by phone or email(1)
  • Have a valid French mobile phone and phone number when executing your contract at your branch or remotely
  • Have your log-in information for your secure Customer Area on the mabanque website(2), if you would like to sign remotely
  • Have a valid email address

Paperless sign-ups with your advisor is a free service.

 

(1) "Paperless sign-ups with your advisor" remotely is open to all individuals who are already BNP Paribas customers (excluding minors and protected adults).

(2) The cost of connection will depend on your telephone service provider
