You can access Paylib at mabanque.bnpparibas in the secure login area under your profile using the "My Paylib" button in the "Custom settings" field or directly through the My Wallet mobile application.

Choose a username (such as your email) and a Paylib password. Select one or more BNP Paribas cards that you want to use for future online payments. Keep your registration secure by using an activation code sent to you by SMS.

Please note : you must create a six-digit PIN code in the My Wallet application that will allow you to validate all transactions securely.

Please note : you can only install Paylib in the My Wallet application on one mobile device at a time. If you install Paylib on another mobile device, you will no longer be able to use it on the previous mobile device.

  • You can pay with Paylib on all affiliated e-commerce websites that display the Paylib logo as a payment option.

  • What are the requirements to sign up for Paylib?
  • In order to sign up for Paylib, you must have one of the following BNP Paribas debit cards: Visa Classic, Visa Premier, Visa Infinite, Visa Electron or BNP Net Card.

    Before signing up, you must add your mobile phone number to your profile on mabanque.bnpparibas.
  • Can I use Paylib if I do not have a smartphone?
  • Yes, you can use Paylib if you do not own a smartphone by signing up on mabanque.bnpparibas. At the time of check-out, you will possibly have to authenticate your mobile phone number with a unique code sent to your mobile phone by SMS.
  • Do my services /insurance /assistance work for my payments made using Paylib?
  • Paylib is linked to your debit card, therefore you retain all the services and advantages linked to your card (for example, the differed debit of your expenses (if chosen), your travel insurance policies for payments made with a high-value card, etc.).
  • What do I do if I do not receive the SMS with the activation code?
  • First check that the telephone number on the screen is correct and that you have phone coverage. If the number is incorrect, you must first modify it under your profile on mabanque.bnpparibas.

    If you do not receive the SMS with the activation code to log in to Paylib, you can ask to receive a new one by clicking on the link "I did not receive my code".
    If necessary, you can contact the Customer Contact Center at 0 820 820 001 (€0.12/min from any landline in Metropolitan France, not including any possible surcharges, depending on your telephone service provider).
  • Can I have several Paylib services?
  • You can only open a single Paylib service with BNP Paribas. You can, however, open the Paylib service with several different banks. If you use the same username and passwords for Paylib, you must choose the bank that you wish to use each time you make a payment.
  • What are the functions of the password and Paylib PIN code?
  • The Paylib password and your email allow you to log in on e-commerce websites.
    Your PIN code serves to validate your transaction in the Mon Portefeuille application. If you have not downloaded the My Wallet application, you can identify yourself, if necessary, by entering a code sent to you via SMS on e-commerce websites.
  • How do I pay with Paylib?
  • If you have downloaded the My Wallet application:
    When you make a payment, click on the Paylib logo to select your payment method, enter your Paylib username and password, then validate the transaction by entering your six-digit PIN code in the My Wallet application.
    You can always select a different card than the one proposed by default.
    Please note: You can also choose to preset your Paylib login information so that you will not have to enter it when you make payments in the future; simply check the box "Remember me".
  • How do I track my payments made with Paylib?
  • All your expenditures made with Paylib will appear directly on your bank statements.
    If you have downloaded the My Wallet application, you can also see the record of your Paylib transactions directly in the application by clicking on the "Transaction history" tab.
    Please note : this applies to payments initiated via Paylib; the My Wallet application does not know whether or not previous payments made with Paylib were processed. Some may have been refused.

  • You can add, change or remove the debit cards linked to your Paylib service at mabanque.bnpparibas in the secure login area under your profile using the "My Paylib" button in the "Custom settings" field, or directly through the My Wallet mobile application.
  • How do I cancel my Paylib service?
  • If you wish to cancel your Paylib service, please contact the Customer Contact Center at 0 820 820 001 (€0.12/min from any landline in Metropolitan France, not including connection fees paid to your TSP when you use the service).
  • What is the earliest generation of mobile devices that support the My Wallet application?
  • The My Wallet application is compatible with the following versions of mobile operating systems: iOS 5 and higher, and Android 2.3 and higher.
  • What to do if I have been blocked / lost my Paylib login information?
  • For security reasons, your Paylib service may be blocked if you enter three consecutive incorrect passwords.
    Change your email or reset your password at mabanque.bnpparibas in the secure login area under your profile, under the "Custom settings" field, or directly through the My Wallet mobile application under the "My Profile" tab. To reset your PIN code, go to the My Wallet application and select "My Profile", then click on "reset my PIN code".

  • How are reimbursements made for a payment made with Paylib?
  • When a reimbursement is made, following a payment made with Paylib, the amount of the transaction will be credited to the debit card used to make your purchase.
  • What should I do if my telephone is lost or stolen?
  • In the event of the loss or theft of a mobile device with the My Wallet application installed on it, please go to your Paylib management area under your profile in the secure login area on mabanque.bnpparibas, then into "Custom settings" and click on "I no longer have access to the My Wallet application".
